Pay: £12.52 per hour | Hours: 35 per week, 5 days over 7 (including weekends and functions)

What you’ll do:
* Supervise day-to-day operations of the Mess, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
* Motivate and lead your team, ensuring excellent customer service
* Organise hospitality functions, dinners, and events
* Assist the Manager with training and managerial tasks
* Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively
* Ensure smooth running of all front-of-house duties.
What we’re looking for:
* UK resident for the past 3 years
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
* Previous supervisory or hospitality experience is desirable .
