We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as aVeterinary ReceptionistatCedar Veterinary Group, Ringwood.
Location: Ringwood (Verwood cover)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 21 hours
Shift Pattern: Monday & Tuesday 8:00am - 2:00pm, Wednesday 8:00am - 1:00pm, Thursday 3:00pm - 7:00pm (with the ability to Cover shifts, weekday and weekends)

About the role:
Day-to-day duties of the role will include:
* Answering phones and booking appointments
* Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
* Registering new clients
* Completing insurance forms
* Dispensing medications
* Taking payments
* And most importantly; providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving at the practice
What we're looking for in our Veterinary Receptionist:
* Previous Receptionist experience is essential, veterinary experience is a plus!
* Resilient with the ability to cope with potentially distressing and emotional situations
* An excellent communicator with strong empathy
* Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public
* A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems
