About our client
Our client is someone we know extensively and have a strong relationship with. They are a leading provider of innovative media tech solutions, helping businesses connect, communicate, and collaborate more effectively. They are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences through technology and are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join the business and support their growing marketing efforts.
Requirements needed to apply for this Marketing Executive position
* Happy to work in an office environment Monday to Friday (Our client is a very team orientated and like to have everyone onsite to keep a great company culture)
* 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or content-focused role.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp), and social media management.
* Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Your key responsibilities as Marketing Executive (the fun bit!)
Marketing Planning & Budget Management
* Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan in alignment with business goals.
* Support the allocation and tracking of the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
* Monitor campaign spend and provide regular budget performance reports.
Website Content & Development
* Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and SEO optimization.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external web development agencies on website enhancements, creating and publishing new pages.
* Monitor website performance and user engagement using analytics tools.
Email Campaign Management
* Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
* Segment audiences and personalize content to improve open and click-through rates.
* Track campaign performance and report on key metrics.
* Manage and grow our clients presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube).
* Develop and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
* Write and publish blog posts that support SEO and thought leadership initiatives.
SEO & Campaign Development
* Work with external SEO agencies to improve organic search performance and keyword rankings.
* Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
* Ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
* Liaise with external vendors and partners to plan and deliver joint marketing initiatives utilising MDF funds available.
* Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for collaborative campaigns.
* Evaluate vendor performance and campaign effectiveness.
