Salary: Grade 3 Spine Point 10 - £23, 895. 82
Contract Type: Fixed Term 6 month FTC - 30 hours per week
About the Role
As a Skills Bootcamp Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of Skills Bootcamps in Customer Service and Early Years. You will manage partnerships with DWP offices, referral agencies, and employers to provide an outstanding end-to-end service. Your work will directly impact the college’s ability to meet contract milestones and secure maximum contract value.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Acting as the college’s single point of contact with DWP offices and referral agencies for bootcamp participants.
* Liaising with Hampshire County Council bootcamp team to provide progress updates.
* Developing project-based solutions to meet Bootcamp milestones and ensure maximum contract value.
* Coordinating with account managers and Work-Based Learning team members for employer information and interview updates.
* Ensuring accurate course planning and availability with delivery staff.
* Maintaining strong, accurate records of participation and milestone outcomes for reporting purposes.
Requirements
You will need:
* Level 2 qualifications in English, Maths, and ICT (Essential).
* Proven experience in project management and partnership development within training or education (Essential).
* Strong understanding of the current labour market and employer/industry skills priorities (Essential).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
* Ability to manage budgets and meet financial targets.
(Desirable: Level 4 IAG qualification and Level 3 project management qualification.)
