Job Description
KCLSU is seeking an Arts and Media Development Coordinator to support our students' university experience at King’s College London. The role involves working with student media and arts groups, supporting their development, and enhancing their participation in competitions and events.
Responsibilities include:
* Student Media & Arts Group Development
* Support student media and arts groups to form, grow, and thrive through development and accreditation frameworks.
* Assist groups in participating in national competitions and events.
* Implement engagement plans using effective communication methods and manage daily inquiries efficiently.
* Coordinate resources and facilities, ensuring access to quality equipment and spaces.
* Oversee equipment inventory, maintenance, and renewal.
* Ensure technical support for media suites to facilitate safe and smooth operations.
* Develop financial sustainability through membership fees, sponsorships, and grants.
Projects & Events
* Manage the Arts Festival to showcase student arts.
* Coordinate the Student Media Awards Night.
