Responsibilities:
* Communicate effectively with customers to understand needs and present solutions professionally
* Create innovative, cost-saving designs using various software tools
* Provide tailored solutions considering branding, safety, and cost implications
* Assess market trends and consumer tastes to inform design concepts
* Generate reports and log activities to support proposals
* Manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
* Produce samples, visuals, artwork proofs, and presentations
Candidate Profile:

Required Skills and Experience:
* Experience with Kasemake CAD, SketchUp Pro, Adobe CC
* Packaging industry knowledge and experience
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Customer-facing experience
* Ability to work independently
* Track record of cost-saving projects
* Full driving license
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desired Skills:
* Experience with SolidWorks, digital printing, Hololens
* Knowledge beyond corrugated packaging
* Understanding of various packaging materials
* Experience in design/technical support roles with achievements in cost reduction
