Introduction
The HR Adviser will be responsible for delivering the HR strategy and business policies across the organization. The role involves advising and supporting Line Managers on people issues, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies, and acting as a point of contact for daily HR issues. The successful candidate will report to the Human Resources Assistant Manager within the HR team.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all people-related activities comply with employment legislation and best practices.
* Communicate site-specific and company policies effectively.
* Provide HR advice in line with policies and legislation.
* Support recruitment and selection processes.
* Manage contracts for agency personnel transitions.
* Assist line managers with discipline and grievance issues.
* Guide on maternity/paternity leave and flexible working requests.
* Manage site absence procedures and administration.
* Maintain HR records and correspondence.
* Assist with HR strategy implementation and ad-hoc projects.
* Produce MI and perform statistical analysis regularly.
* Contribute to health & safety strategy achievements.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a manufacturing and unionized environment.
* CIPD qualification or at least 3 years at a similar level.
