This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Field Service Engineer to play a key role in maintaining service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver technical support within SLA timeframes
* Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently
* Perform routine maintenance, updates, and modifications
* Assist with equipment installations
* Understand and adhere to SLAs for assigned accounts
* Carry out basic fault finding across managed print solutions
* Provide cover for colleagues during absence or peak periods
* Log service calls accurately and promptly
* Report recurring faults to enable proactive resolution
* Share technical expertise with team members
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
* Manage boot stock and site stock levels effectively
* Attend product training courses to maintain technical proficiency
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in field‑based technical support within the MFD/photocopier/print sector
* Logical problem‑solving skills with a focus on fast, accurate fault resolution
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver first‑class customer service
Package Overview
* Salary: Up to £31,000 + Bonus
* Annual Leave: 25 Days + Bank Holidays
