Key Responsibilities: provide daily technical support for staff and pupils manage and maintain the school’s Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams and Azure support and administer Jamf School MDM for both one-to-one and shared iPads troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly ensure devices are secure, updated, and ready for classroom use assist with onboarding new staff and students to school systems liaise with external IT providers when required.
