Join us as a Shift Manager and you'll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.
As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn't around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.
We serve our customers across various channels; in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You'll lead the way in ensuring customers have a brilliant experience whether they order in-store or online.
During a typical shift, you can expect to:
* Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and uphold the shop's standards
* Lead by example and serve customers efficiently and courteously
* Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
* Ensure displays are stocked and appealing for customers
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop

About You
You should be reliable with natural leadership skills and a passion for customer service. Supportive of an inclusive culture, valuing diversity. Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment is preferred. If you meet the availability requirements, apply now!
