What you’ll be doing?
As Night Porter, you will be responsible for managing our Reception desk during the night shift, taking over from our Reception team and handing back over in the morning. You will be on hand for any guest liaison during the night and providing general hotel security. You may also help with room set‑ups, assist with luggage and serve drinks – all with a friendly and warm approach.
What you’ll need?
* Genuine, warm professional manner.
* Strong attention to detail and IT savvy, ensuring we ‘get it right first time’ on room allocation, billing, or other details.
* Good communication skills and English proficiency – written and spoken.
* Self‑motivated and proactive to stay busy during the night shift.
* Physically fit, comfortable with lone working.
This Night Porter role is 40 hrs (typical hours 10.30pm‑7am) based upon 5/7 nights per week.
