Customer Experience Manager The Role
You will lead a team of Customer Service Executives, ensuring customers receive exceptional service while supporting the business to convert enquiries into sales.
* Leading and developing the customer service team
* Driving sales conversion from inbound enquiries
* Managing customer aftercare and resolving escalated issues
* Monitoring KPIs and improving team performance
* Delivering excellent service across phone, email, and online channels
* Producing performance reports for senior management

* Experience managing a customer service or sales support team
* Proven track record improving team performance and KPIs
* Strong leadership and coaching ability
* Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
* Comfortable working with CRM systems and performance reporting

* £29,000 £35,000 basic salary
* KPI bonus (OTE £36,000 £42,000)
