Job Introduction
Northumberland County Council are looking for a motivated and passionate qualified Social Worker to take on an opportunity within their 14+ Social Care Team. Based out of County Hall in Morpeth, but working flexibly across the county.
Using the Signs of Safety model, Northumberland is a family and child focused Authority, with strong and effective management and leadership (Ofsted reported). Known for being supportive of staff and with a strong ethos for flexibility, working in Northumberland Children's Services is like having a second family (so say our staff).
You will join an experienced and committed team of social workers and leaving care support workers who all share the same ethos around achieving the best possible outcomes for young people.
