As a Bank Nursery Practitioner, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Reporting to the Nursery Manager, your role involves supporting the team to implement early childhood education practices while ensuring effective communication with children, parents, and staff. Your core skills in childcare and nursery experience will be essential in supporting child development and learning.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is an asset
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
