* The role of the Integration Support Analyst is to provide support and resolution of Incident, Requests and Queries. The Integration Support Analyst is also key to establishing, maintaining and governing our proactive monitoring to identify and resolve issues before they result in a customer/business impact.
* The Analyst will work closely Engineering Manager (Core) and the engineers in the Core team to help resolve tickets, resolve user queries and learn areas and technical skills so they can take on smaller items of work from the engineers when feasible.
* Support the triage and management of technical related incidents
* Proactively support and maintain the company’s current in house software products
* Work with internal and external parties to maintain integrations and applicationsreliability
* Support deployment processes through change control and associated DevOps tooling
* Work closely with IT security and Cloud engineers to monitor and maintain application security
* Ensuring that Service Now tickets do not exceed SLA’s and SLO’s, where they are at risk of doing so ensure the Engineering Manager is informed and proactive measures are taken to address issues
* Monitor performance of the integration jobs and data platforms to ensure they are operating as expected, where problems are discovered raise Service Now tickets and manage these to completion

Qualifications
* Experience in Supporting integrations and data platforms ideally including SQL databases, ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory
* Ideally Autosys, Datastage and Natezza appliances though training will be provided
* Investigating/Troubleshooting IT Server Infrastructure related incidentsExperience and knowledge of:
* Microsoft Azure Cloud Hosting
