* Monitoring stock intake to ensure adequate stock cover across your category.
* Managing and updating the Critical Path to guarantee efficient and swift stock processing.
* Identifying trends, issues, and sales performance within your category.
* Using in-house systems to create sizing and pricing analyses.
* Building strong relationships and being the go-to for all supplier communication and queries.
* Working closely with the Merchandiser and Assistant Merchandiser to create daily/weekly reports, trading updates, and handle general administrative tasks.
* Collaborating with the Buying team (Buyers' Administrator) to support the department's growth.
* Promoting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

Following the formation of a Joint Venture between ASOS and HEARTLAND in October 2024, ASOS is creating a dedicated, standalone cross-functional team for TOPSHOP and TOPMAN. This team will benefit from ASOS infrastructure and resources while maintaining the creative freedom and agility of standalone brands.
In the next 12 months, TOPSHOP and TOPMAN will expand their offline and online retail presence, including the launch of Topshop.com and new wholesale partnerships.
We'd Love To Meet Someone Who:
* Is proficient with numbers and Microsoft Excel—spreadsheets are a staple on the Merchandising floor.
* Is ambitious to develop a career in Merchandising.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment—resilience is key.
* Loves TOPSHOP/TOPMAN and has an interest in fashion.
* For senior-level vacancies, previous experience in Merchandising, Planning, or a similar role is required.
