COME AND JOIN US. .. We are currently seeking a warm, confident and supremely organised Host to join our Strathearn Breakfast Team. Whilst you’ll primarily be based in Strathearn Restaurant, you'll work flexibly work across our other F&B outlets to keep help ensure our service is seamless. The shift pattern for this role starts between 7am and 8am until 3pm or 4pm, working 39 hours per week, across 5 days per week. The on target earning potential for this role is £34,339/ per annum based on a 39hour contract - comprising a base salary of £26,039, plus a qualified estimate of £8,300 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards. Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role: You’ll provide a warm and memorable welcome to all our guests enjoying their Strathearn breakfast, setting the tone for an exceptional start to their day Playing a key role in ensuring the breakfast service runs seamlessly, you’ll manage queues efficiently and ensure every guest is attended to Skilled in reservations, you’ll plan table allocations in advance, optimising space and service flow. You’ll communicate daily VIP arrivals and dietary requirements to the team, maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and attention to detail Taking a proactive interest in the operation, you’ll offer suggestions to enhance service quality Confident in upselling, you’ll encourage your colleagues to do the same, and you’ll develop an excellent knowledge of the wider estate and the facilities available to our guests Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way The kind of person we're looking for : Ideally, you’ll bring experience from luxury hospitality, though a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy environment are essential You approach every situation with a fresh perspective; no matter how familiar a challenge may be, to the guest it’s always treated as the first time.
