Where will you be working? At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions What you'll be doing: Youll handle day-to-day project management with care, from planning and forecasting to managing change and keeping everyone informed. Youll monitor commercial performance, highlight risks early, and communicate clearly with clients, designers, and manufacturing teams to keep projects moving smoothly. Youll support coordinators with routine tasks and ensure all teams understand the scope, programme, and any changes. Youll act as the main client contact, escalate key issues when needed, and help shape new bids. With support from the Quantity Surveyor, youll meet contractual obligations, maintain accurate reporting, uphold CDM responsibilities, and champion safe, high-quality site delivery. What you'll bring: Strong planning, organisation and time-management skills Positive, approachable, and always willing to help Great interpersonal and communication skills at all levels Confident IT user, especially Word, Excel and MS Project Comfortable working independently and using initiative Commercially aware and a supportive team player Helpful understanding of electrical installations and control systems Open to learning, training, and annual reviews Relevant engineering qualifications and project management knowledge What in it for you?
