About the role You will be responsible for managing our projects team in delivering construction work associated with the development of new sites, refurbishment, and repair of a number the properties, from concept to completion. You will also support the Estates Management team in delivering the day to day planned and reactive maintenance across our industrial and commercial portfolio, providing building surveying advice and carrying out condition and dilapidation surveys. We are specifically looking for someone with experience to carry out the following: Managing the design, procurement, and delivery of construction projects across a range of commercial buildings. Good understanding of statutory compliance and day to day management of commercial sites. Experienced in carrying out condition and dilapidation surveys. Good understanding of commercial leases and Landlord and Tenant relationships. Team leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.
