Your Day-to-Day
Be ready to make every day different. You’ll bring structure, fun, and emotional support to children, from cooking in the kitchen to playing in the garden, and trying activities like music or crafts. You’ll work within a close-knit team of six, with strong support from Managers, Multi-Disciplinary teams, and Outdoor experts—all dedicated to helping children find their path to brighter futures.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience with children: care, education, or another setting. You bring your passion and energy to the role.
* Enthusiasm and resilience: a positive, proactive approach to challenges.
* Qualifications: happy to work towards (or already hold) a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce.

* Base salary of £26,499 – £29,264 plus £3,900 annual sleep-in allowance.
