The Opportunity
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / picker packer to join a well‑established company in Wellingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment and are keen to contribute to a growing business. You will be reporting directly to the Owner, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate within the warehouse using glue guns where needed
* Pick and pack products into boxes
* Carry out general warehouse and manual handling duties
* Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily production targets
* Demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to think on your feet
