Job Description
3. Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
4. Ensure timely and accurate group reporting to meet internal and external deadlines.
5. Collaborate with finance teams across the organisation to align reporting processes and enhance accuracy.
6. Provide technical accounting guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
7. Monitor and implement changes in financial reporting standards and regulations.
8. Manage the reporting team, offering guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
9. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
10. Support external auditors during the year-end audit process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Group Reporting Manager should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA or equivalent).
12. Extensive experience in financial reporting.
13. Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.
14. Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
15. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
17. Experience in managing external audits and liaising with auditors.
