What You Bring To The Table
* 3-5 years of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or customer service
* Excellent English communication skills; presentation experience is a plus
* Passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence
* Proven track record of building strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Creative problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
* Working knowledge of the Customer Experience industry
* Knowledge of project management principles
Your Key Contributions
* Manage customer renewals
* Upsell and cross-sell to expand the customer portfolio
* Increase customer satisfaction by identifying platform usage gaps
* Drive usage by reaching out to end users for regular engagement
* Engage key stakeholders and ensure they receive relevant communications
* Coordinate with marketing and implementation teams to relay essential information
* Understand customer business challenges and goals, and align them with platform capabilities
