Customer Care Coordinator Location: Northampton (Office-based) Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at our Northampton office. This is a key role within our business, acting as the main point of contact for homeowners and internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the aftercare period. The successful candidate will have previous experience within the housing or construction sector and a strong understanding of the customer care process within a residential development environment.
