About the Job
The Restaurant Excellence Manager will ensure all Pizza Huts in the Business Unit are operationally successful. This role involves managing strategic initiatives, driving digital transformation, and supporting continuous improvement across the estate. You will be the main contact for digital and sales transformation projects and collaborate with the Global Operations team on key initiatives.
Day in the Life
* Partner with the COO to implement the Restaurant Excellence Strategy.
* Manage operations processes and ensure best practices are shared across franchise partners in the UK, Ireland, and France.
* Lead the Hut Excellence Committee and analyze ways to improve store operations.
* Utilize data insights for continuous improvement.
* Oversee emerging aggregator business partnerships.
* Innovate and develop restaurant technology to shape the future of our outlets.
* Manage direct reports focusing on improvement, food safety, audits, guest feedback, and product innovation.
* Ensure activities are front-line friendly and align with operational goals.
* Collaborate with finance and development teams to support expansion and new concepts.
* Work with global counterparts on projects and committees to drive innovation.
* Lead on Hut Implementation and franchisee support.

You're Good At?
* Maintaining the operating model.
* Building relationships with field teams.
* Collaborating with corporate functions.
* Influencing and negotiating effectively.
* Project management or Six Sigma experience is advantageous.
* Experience in retail, restaurant, or F&B sectors, especially in digital transformation or sales growth.
* Excellent relationship management skills.
