Deputy Store Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in maximizing store performance and leading a high-performing team.
Main Responsibilities
* Store Performance: Work closely with the Store Manager to identify priorities and drive actions to improve sales, operations, and digital performance.
* Team Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to engage, develop, and retain great people, focusing on effective communication, appreciation, and respect.
* Process Execution: Ensure all cash handling and security policies and processes are fully implemented, and lead by example to get the best from the team and provide the best service to customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role with strong leadership and team management skills.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Customer Focus: Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
