Move with us for a better world The role in a nutshell An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development sales professional to join Francesco and the team in our fastest growing and most strategically focused segment of the business - Home/Consumer. We have a strong heritage in the commercial sector as premium and aspirational. In the Home/Consumer sector we are a luxury brand and the sole players in delivering total luxury wellness solutions. In this role you will be selling directly to affluent and high net-worth individuals as well as via partners and other networks, such as architects, designers and high-end personal trainers. The role will entail maximising opportunities across the South of the UK, predominantly across the Southern Home Counties of Kent, Hampshire, Essex and Berkshire. The right candidate would ideally be located within easy reach of the M25. The successful candidate will be a consultative salesperson, experienced in new business development, with a passion for fitness, wellness and luxury. You will be achievement-driven, a strong team-player, professional and with exceptional customer–relationship skills. If you would like to work for a business leading the way in Wellness, with an immersive ethos and vision, incredibly passionate people, and products and solutions you can truly buy in to, then please no look further and tell us how you will make a great addition to our team What you will do Achieve and over-achieve sales targets within your assigned territory Leverage market potential (ie: HNWI of the city where she/he is located) through Network of architects, designers and high-end Personal Trainers Selected marketing events Relationships with key people places/events attended by 'high net worth individuals' (golf clubs, tennis clubs, charity programs, arts shows, etc.) Top locations Retail partnerships, shop-in-shop Market management and fulfilment of sales pipeline/productivity measures in line with the Company sales code Create and present CAD visuals (full training provided) Manage ongoing close client relationships - know their business, their needs and their people Identify consumer leads and sales through B2B2C opportunities Keep up-to-date as a product and solutions expert Collaborate with all business functions to deliver the Total Wellness Solutions Ensure a premium customer experience, attending all relevant installations CRM and quotation tool management, with clean and up-to-date market data Execute weekly pipeline management reviews to maximize conversion rate (refuse to lose) and provide reliable forecasts Research and feed back on market/segment/territory trends Develop Brand awareness as a Technogym ambassador What you will have At least 3 years sales experience as Sales Account Manager or similar Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Sports & Exercise Science or equivalent – desirable Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions Premium/luxury customer service Knowledge of the Home Consumer market.
