About the Role We are seeking reliable, hardworking and flexible Kitchen Assistants to join our agency team supporting a variety of clients across Northampton. This is an ad‑hoc, full‑time role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is available to work on short notice when required. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and assisting with basic food preparation in commercial kitchens, including care settings, schools, hospitality venues, and contract catering sites.
