IT Support / Service Desk Analyst Contract: 6 Months initially Location: Surrey IR35: Inside IR35 Start: ASAP Overview: We are currently looking for a personable and proactive Service Desk Analyst to join a dynamic team. This role focuses heavily on user communication, providing reassurance, and delivering first-line support. This position prioritises excellent communication skills, calmness under pressure, and a hands-on approach to resolving issues. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary IT support contact for remote business users. Monitor and respond to support requests through chat and other communication channels. Provide clear, calm communication and reassurance while troubleshooting user issues. Perform basic desktop and application support tasks. Escalate more complex issues and assist in managing applications during incidents. Actively engage with users, follow up on support tickets, and manage expectations effectively. Work cohesively onsite with the existing IT team to support operational stability.
