We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager (Electronics) to join a Cambridge based R&D company who are developing state-of-the-art medical devices technology.
You will be a dynamic individual and looking to take the next step in your career. This integral role will see you become the figurehead for electronics design and development, running a small team and overseeing product development to launch, liaising with customers, fostering relationships, project management and being the conduit between the development team and senior stakeholders.

Engineering Manager (Electronics) requirements
1. Excellent academics – At least a 2:1 Degree in electronic engineering or physics or a relevant discipline from a top University.
2. Skilled in project management.
3. Experience working as a Technical Lead / Project Manager / Mentor.
4. Recent and extensive experience in analogue and digital design. (This is a hands-on role)
5. Skilled in embedded software development (C / C++ )
6. Proven track record of electronic circuit design and electronic system design innovation.
7. Practical electronics skills (soldering, wiring, bench work, PCBs, etc)
