Primary School Receptionist Based in Aston, North Birmingham £14ph Your new company A multicultural Primary School in inner-city Birmingham is looking for a School Receptionist. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4.00 pm, this is a long term opportunity to start as soon as possible. Your new role The role will be to provide reception cover for a very busy school. The role will entail signing in visitors, inputting registers onto SIMS, dealing with dinner monies and using adsum4. You will at times be required to deal with parents who can at times be difficult. You will also support with chasing attendance and updating registers. Please note that this is a very busy school office and requires an individual that can work under pressure. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have a high level of communication skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years.
