Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a enthusiastic person with administrative skills and knowledge and excellent people skills to join our small admin team supporting our Speech and Language Therapy Service across the Health Board. Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board Speech and Language Therapy department are a friendly and compassionate team who place a strong commitment to supporting staff development and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
* Carry out a range of admin duties including contacting patients, patients families, carers and a range of professionals.
* Booking appointments and using the Health Board electronic systems to enable the smooth running of the busy, friendly department.
Qualifications and requirements
* Administrative skills and knowledge with excellent people skills.
* Welsh Skills Essential: Speaking & Listening at Level 3 (equivalent to CEFR B2) or above. Fluency is not required; Level 3 allows basic conversations with patients about everyday health. For more information, see the Welsh Language Guidance in the documents at the bottom.
* Applicants who are not UK or Republic of Ireland nationals will require sponsorship to obtain either a Health and Care Visa or a Skilled Worker Visa unless they already hold permission to work via another route.
