 
        
        Pharmacist – Customer Support Centre
Boots UK are looking for a fully registered pharmacist to join the Customer Support Centre in Nottingham. The role is full‑time, based at the Nottingham Support Office and will support the growing Call Centre during a period of transformation.
Key responsibilities
 * Deliver the New Medicines Service (NMS) in line with the service specification and keep consultation records to a high standard.
 * Provide quality patient consultation via telephone, video calls or other virtual routes.
 * Work efficiently to achieve business ambitions and support call centre performance.
 * Navigate digital systems such as Columbus and maintain practice up to date.
 * Deliver exceptional patient care to support a positive customer experience.
What you’ll need to have
 * Registered pharmacist with the GPhC/PSNI/PSI.
 * CPD portfolio maintained and revalidation criteria met.
 * Role model for patient‑centred care and strong consultation skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Proactive and able to prioritise workload and work independently.
 * Problem‑solving capability and able to respond to unknown or unusual scenarios.
