Are you an experienced Talent Development professional with a passion for developing colleagues? We have an exciting 12-month opportunity to coordinate and evolve our ASYE approach in Warwickshire County Council.
Location & Contract
Hybrid (Base: Shire Hall, Warwick – one day per week in office)
Fixed-term 12 months, 22.2 hours per week.
About You
You should be pro‑active and have experience working in Talent Development environments, with proven project coordination and problem‑solving abilities. You should be a strong communicator, engaging and influencing effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders, working alongside Talent Development and Social Work professionals. With skills in organisation and M365 applications and strong project management and process coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver the best talent development initiatives and programmes by having robust processes and frameworks in place; collaborating with internal and external partners, networks and groups; appraise and recommend development-based solutions – including procurement of development.
* Quality Assure development provision and relevant processes by using data and feedback to continuously improve development; monitor key performance indicators and take relevant action; contract manage training providers.
