We are seeking to appoint a Class Teacher on a part-time, temporary basis (0.5 FTE) to cover a period of maternity leave. Our school is looking for a dynamic, ambitious and energetic individual to ensure that learning at HLC is exciting for our young people. This post is suitable for experienced teachers or Early Career teachers (ECTs) who will enjoy working as part of a large team. The post will be paid on the Teachers Pay Scale following the current Conditions of Employment as set out in the Teachers’ Pay and Conditions document. References will be required for all shortlisted candidates, prior to interview and these will be checked following the Learning Community Trust recruitment and selection process. Shortlisted candidates will also be required to complete a criminal self-disclosure declaration, posts that involve working in regulated activity are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act, please note it is a criminal offence for individuals on the barred list for children to apply for any post working with children.
