Where You’ll Be Working Located in London’s Moorgate, the Old Doctor Butler’s Head is a traditional pub dating back more than 400 years. A short stroll from the Guildhall, it is a popular spot with City workers and its first floor function room is a constantly busy with events and meetings in the area. What You’ll Do Lead by example, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members. Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties. Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards. Ensure the bar is well-stocked, clean, and compliant with health and safety requirements. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Contribute ideas to improve service and team performance. What’s In It For You?
