Bolt Technical are recruiting for a well-established, global engineering and manufacturing organisation. Key Responsibilities
* Provide hands‑on RF production support on the shop floor
* Troubleshoot electrical performance issues, identifying both electrical and mechanical root causes
* Operate and analyse results from RF test equipment, including Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs)
* Interpret engineering drawings and CAD documentation
* Support rapid prototyping and new product introduction (NPI) activities
* Assist in developing and improving manufacturing processes
* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards
What They’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
* Strong hands‑on experience with RF test equipment (particularly VNAs)
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD data
* Proven troubleshooting experience within a manufacturing setting
* Familiarity with aerospace/defence quality standards
* BPSS clearance (or ability to obtain)
