About the Role: As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a specific pupil, providing tailored support to help them access the curriculum and thrive in the classroom. You'll be a vital part of the school community, helping to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Providing 1:1 support to a designated pupil throughout the school day. Assisting with learning activities and adapting materials to meet individual needs. Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction. Collaborating with teachers and SEN staff to implement support strategies. Monitoring progress and reporting to senior staff. What We're Looking For: A caring and patient nature with a genuine interest in supporting children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow guidance and work collaboratively with staff. Graduates with a passion for education are encouraged to apply.
