We’re looking for a Propositions Manager who will define, articulate, and continuously refine the positioning of our services and sector offerings. This role is central to how we present AAB’s value in the market — making sure our propositions resonate with client needs, align with the buyer journey, and demonstrate strong commercial understanding.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain clear, differentiated propositions for AAB’s services and sector offerings across the UK and Ireland.
* Translate technical expertise into messaging that reflects client challenges, motivations, and buying behaviour.
* Map and optimise proposition content across the full buyer journey — from awareness to decision.
* Collaborate with service and sector leaders to shape and refine value stories, trust signals, and case studies.
* Ensure internal teams are equipped with proposition materials that support marketing and business development activity.
* Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and client insights to keep propositions sharp and relevant.
* Lead the creation of statements that demonstrate AAB’s track record and expertise.
About You
* Strong commercial understanding and the ability to view propositions through the lens of client value and business outcomes.
* A deep understanding of the buyer journey and how to align messaging accordingly.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to distil complex services into clear, compelling, client‑centric narratives.
* Experience in proposition development, product marketing, service positioning, or a similar role.
* A collaborative mindset and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
* Curiosity, analytical thinking, and a drive to continually refine and improve.
