Partnering with business and functional leaders, you'll ensure we attract, engage, and secure the very best talent - both internally and externally - to drive our growth. This role blends strategic partnership with hands-on delivery, operating in a direct-to-market model where candidate experience, business impact, and agility are key. Required experience Proven success in permanent or contract recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally in a matrix organisation. Strong track record in direct sourcing and headhunting using platforms such as LinkedIn. Experience managing the full recruitment cycle across multiple disciplines. Flexible approach to sourcing, able to balance internal mobility with external talent acquisition. Work in a fast-paced environment and manage high volume recruitment Experience of recruiting in engineering, Software, Test Development and Manufacturing Desirable experience Knowledge of recruiting within Cybersecurity, Software, Engineering, Defence, Aerospace, or similar technical domains.
