Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.You will work on the front line of strategic execution and at the centre of product delivery within a FTSE10 Company and one of the top 3 TV advertisers in the UK – with results that consistently outperform our competitors. Our brands are Number 1 or Number 2 brands in all their primary markets and we work with key retail players like Tesco, Boots, Asda and Sainsbury (amongst many others!). You will be able to say that you work for the most successful market innovator in the sector – with 30% of sales over three years coming from new products – and a company recognised for the strength of its commercial capabilities, offering numerous career opportunities.About the roleYou will support the Trade Marketing teams by developing process & analysis that delivers actionable insight to drive Revenue, profit & Market Share, whilst managing trade investment effectively, in all categories & accounts across the business portfolio. Key priorities will be to input, maintain and analyse complex data sets in order to provide actionable insight, commercial reporting, and management and coordination of deployment processes. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable managing & working with senior stakeholders in order to ensure compliance to processes.
