Recruitment Agency on behalf of our Esteemed Client in the Insurance Industry
Role & Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts including analysis and reporting.
* Support the management in financial forecasting and budgetary processes.
* Engage in cost analysis, monitoring budgets and making comparative analyses as necessary.
* Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures.
* Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
* Manage databases and input information, data, and records in accordance with company procedures.
* Support the senior management team with financial decisions by providing detailed analysis and financial reports.
Key Skills:
* Strong knowledge and experience in management accounting
* Exceptional analytical skills to manage large amounts of data and reporting.
* Proficient in the use of financial software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and professionalism under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively presenting financial data.
* A motivated self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Part qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or working towards
