Main Duties and Key Responsibilities: To develop a marketing strategy for a new and exciting product, within prop tech. The Marketing Manager needs to be experienced with taking a new product and making it a success by ensuring revenue and engagement targets are met, via inspiring, creative, and integrated campaigns. To support the development and implementation of integrated marketing, brand, and advertising strategies. To specifically develop, own and deliver integrated marketing plans for key campaigns, including writing of inspiring creative briefs. To support in management of all strategic and tactical promotions Help create and deliver detailed, targeted marketing strategies for high-profile campaigns and projects, providing clear direction for colleagues on approach and dependencies. Ensuring all activities are compliant with brand guidelines; and responsible for approvals, monitoring and reporting relating to brand usage Ensuring all activities are evidence-led and measurable, based on findings Ensuring all activities deliver against agreed marketing objectives. Ensuring all activities are fully planned and fully integrated. To support in the management of the campaign budgets. To measure and report against all campaigns on a regular basis Help identify and implement marketing and audience development initiatives and opportunities. Skills and Experience Required: Essential Diploma / degree qualified in marketing (or similar). A strategic thinker and brand planner, able to interpret and integrate brand goals, audience research and situational analyses to deliver commercial returns. Ability to analyse and interpret complex research, tracking, profiling evidence. Ability to thrive in both reactive and proactive environments. Proven marketing experience in the fields of Prop Tech Proven campaign delivery expertise, delivering engagement and commercial goals. Excellent understanding of the media and agency landscape. Proven experience of involvement in significant, complex, multiple campaigns, and projects. Commercial awareness and financially literate. Brilliant project and time management skills. Visually literate, able to confidently manage, brief and inspire creative agencies. Experience of social media/Google Ads/Google Analytics Competitor Analysis Ability to forecast/prepare Marketing budgets/planning Excellent communication/presentation skills Desirable: CIM qualification or evidence of relevant continual professional development.
