POSITION SUMMARY

The L&D Programme Specialist plays a critical role in delivering high-quality learning and development experiences across TTC. This role combines project coordination, program management, facilitation and operational support to ensure L&D initiatives are executed consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with our global talent strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

· Coordinate L&D Projects end-to-end, logistics for global, regional, and local L&D initiatives.

· Maintain project plans, timelines, status trackers, and documentation.

· Support cross-functional Talent Management projects requiring multi-region coordination.

· Track actions, chase stakeholders, own communication across the project to ensure smooth project delivery.

· Support with room bookings, technology setup, catering, travel arrangements, and event coordination.

· Draft clear, timely communications including programme announcements, invitations, and follow-ups.

· Coordinate calendar management and resolve scheduling conflicts.

· Provide stakeholder updates for global and regional projects.

Training Delivery

· Facilitate training and information session, including monthly induction sessions.

· Prepare facilitator guides, participant materials, and session resources.

· Assist with the development and updating of training decks, job aids, and eLearning content.

· Support quality checks and iterative improvements based on evaluation feedback.

· Help build learning assets (e.g., templates, worksheets, presentations).

· Schedule sessions, manage enrolments, track attendance, and oversee learner communications.

System and Process Maintenance

· Contribute to the improvement of ROI measurement for learning activities including report design, metric creation and data analysis.

· Maintain centralised L&D folders, file structures, and content repositories, ensuring consistent naming conventions and accessibility for all stakeholders.

· Manage L&D system licences, renewals, and project tracking.

· Support departmental and project budgeting and expenses.

· Track learner feedback and summarise insights for L&D Managers.

· Identify ways to streamline processes and enhance participant experience.

· Contribute to building scalable L&D operations and consistent global standards.

LMS Management

· Upload, test, and maintain course content, learning paths, and resources in the LMS.

· Manage enrolments, completions, compliance reports, and dashboards.

· Troubleshoot learner access issues and ensure high data accuracy.

ROLE SUCCESS CRITERIA

· L&D projects are delivered on time and within scope, with clear, up-to-date plans, trackers, documentation, and communication in place.

· L&D managers and stakeholders are kept informed through timely, proactive communication, with actions clearly tracked.

· Training sessions are delivered in line with learning principles, well-organised, and supported by smooth logistics (materials, tech, facilitators prepared in advance)

· The learner experience is consistently high quality, with strong feedback and continuous improvement based on evaluation.

· Learning data, reporting, and ROI measures are accurate, accessible, and shared on time, enabling insight and informed decision-making.

· L&D systems, folders, and processes are well-maintained and continuously improved, driving efficiency, consistency, and ease of access.

· LMS content, learning paths, and records are accurate, up to date, and fully functional, supporting a seamless learning experience.

· Enrolments, reporting, and learner support are managed efficiently, with issues resolved quickly and data maintained with high accuracy.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

Technical Skillset

· Skilled in Microsoft Office, Teams, and digital collaboration tools (Canva a bonus).

· LMS administration experience required (Litmos preferred).

Essential Experience

· 2–3 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Talent, HR, or project coordination.

· Strong experience coordinating training programmes, events, or multi-step projects. Experience supporting live virtual training and/or in-person learning events.

Desirable Experience

· Confident using project tracking tools (e.g. Excel, Monday.com, Airtable, Asana) would be advantageous.

· Exposure to instructional design or content development is an advantage.
