The Role We are seeking a Luxury Jewellery Store Manager to lead our Salisbury store. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience in luxury jewellery, premium retail, or boutique fashion, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will: * Lead a talented team of 6 * Drive store performance and sales growth * Deliver an exceptional customer experience Key Responsibilities * Lead, motivate, and develop your team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews * Build a positive, high-performing team culture * Drive sales, exceed targets, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities to increase revenue * Oversee stock control, cash handling, and daily store operations * Maintain high visual merchandising and store standards * Deliver personalised, exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships * Manage enquiries, orders, and complaints efficiently * Plan staff rotas based on trading patterns * Maintain customer records and report performance to senior management * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations About You * Experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or Assistant Manager * Background in luxury jewellery, premium retail, or boutique fashion preferred * Strong leadership and people management skills * Commercially driven, with focus on sales growth and profitability * Organised, proactive, hands-on, with excellent communication skills Technical Skills: * Microsoft Office, POS/till systems, stock management systems, Bransom software (desirable) Working Hours * Monday – Saturday: 9:15am – 5:10pm * Some Sundays in December: 9:45am – 4:10pm * Fixed days off: Sunday & Monday Apply Now If you are an experienced Luxury Jewellery Store Manager ready to lead a high-performing team in a premium retail environment, we want to hear from you.
