Regional Sales and Business Development
Manager

Up to £45,000 plus bonus



This role will
require travel around your region and to the Support Centre





Looking after a
large patch across the heart of the Fuller’s estate. This role will require
experience of Consumers, Reasons To Visit and Community.

us and help shape a new and exciting pro-active sales function via this brand-new
role of the Regional Sales and Business Development Manager, focused on
driving pre-booked growth through pro-active sales strategy and business
development.



At the heart of this role is a commitment to
cultivating a commercially driven, forward-thinking sales culture. You will
lead a team of Area Sales Managers to deliver the pre-booked sales strategy
across tables, events, and bedrooms, while also identifying and converting new
commercial opportunities that strengthen market position and revenue
performance.





Key Responsibilities:



·
Develop and implement a strategic pre-booked
sales plan across division.



·
Lead, support, and coordinate a team of Area
Sales Managers.



·
Convert new commercial opportunities to
deliver pro-active growth.



·
Manage central project infrastructure to
optimise systems and processes.



·
Identify new business opportunities and
support pipeline development.



·
Track, analyse and report on sales
performance, pipeline activity, and conversion.



·
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver
company vision and key initiatives.





Ideal
candidates will have:



·
Previous experience in multi-site sales
leadership role



·
Proven record of managing key accounts,
agencies, and 3rd party relationships.



·
An initiative-taking, strategic mindset with
a strong commercial focus



·
Confident CRM user with experience managing
and optimising customer journey.
