Qualifications & Requirements
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Completed ASYE or the Children’s Workforce Development Council’s Newly Qualified Social Worker programme; at least 1 year’s post‑qualifying experience (ASYE applications currently not accepted)
* Registration with Social Work England
* UK driving licence and a suitably insured vehicle

Salary & Allowance
* Salary up to £51,091 pro rata per annum based on experience, plus £8,000 welcome payment
* Monthly Reflective Supervision (MRS) payment of £6,000, subject to annual review
* Retention payment of £2,000 pro rata
