This is a key role that will support the company in achieving its strategic goals by ensuring training needs are effectively assessed and a high standard of training is delivered to staff, aligned with the requirements set out by management. Key Responsibilities: Provide training support across all departments and locations, ensuring consistent delivery and standards. Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal training sessions and development programmes. Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and Health & Safety teams to assess and address training requirements. Develop tailored training plans in partnership with department managers, including regular reviews to track progress. Maintain accurate training records and ensure all employee training documentation is up to date. Create and deliver instructional materials, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and induction content. Monitor training compliance, including certification expiry alerts, to ensure regulatory and operational standards are met. Coordinate with external providers to source supplementary training opportunities as needed. Essential: Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles with a proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Proficient in the use of IT systems to develop training trackers, maintain records, and generate reports. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation. Experience in conducting training needs analyses and developing targeted training solutions. Capable of delivering technical training while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
