Overview
:
1. Provide targeted one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN
2. Support learning across the curriculum, helping pupils stay engaged and on task
3. Implement strategies to support students with needs such as ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties
4. Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and independence
5. Work closely with class teachers, SENCO, and support staff to meet EHCP targets
6. Help maintain a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
About You:
7. Experience supporting students with SEN in a school or similar setting
8. Confident working with secondary-aged pupils
9. Patient, calm, and adaptable approach
10. Able to follow support plans and guidance from teaching and SEN staff
11. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
