Pitchero is a rapidly growing digital platform, at the heart of grassroots sports, who’s technology helps clubs and communities thrive. The all-in-one platform helps run sports clubs, combining website, registration, payments, team management and club comms - saving volunteers hours and boosting club revenue.

Pitchero also operate Pitchero GPS – a GPS Player Tracker that records your training and match-day activity, compares your core metrics, and helps to achieve optimal performance.

We are currently looking for a motivated, high-energy Sales Development Representative to join our Leeds office.

This is a role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the competitiveness required to drive high-velocity sales.

The office is based on the outskirts of Leeds and has good transport links via the motorway.

Requirements

We are looking for a character who balances a high-energy work ethic with a polished, professional approach.

Experience: 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.

Resilient: You have the grit to handle objections and the drive to pick up the phone and deliver results.

IT: You can confidently present software and translate technical features into clear benefits for club officials.

Sports-Minded: You understand the club environment, whether as a player, coach, or supporter and can speak the language of our clients.

The Role

Unlike traditional SDR roles, you will own the process from initial enquiry to close. You will be the primary point of contact for club officials and volunteers across the UK, guiding them through the modernisation of their operations.

1. Lead Management: Utilise warm leads, strategic cold calling, and email automation to build a consistent pipeline.
2. Full Sales Cycle: You are responsible for booking and conducting product demonstrations, articulating the technical benefits of our software to diverse audiences.
3. High Velocity: You’ll manage multiple leads and aim to close deals daily in a fast-moving market.
4. Career Progression: Work directly under an experienced Business Development Manager with a clear pathway to senior sales positions.
